Terms of Use

These terms (also called the end-user licence agreement) apply when you download or play Felt Flight ("the game"), made by Dusk Moon Studio (Arun, Kerala, India). If a child is playing, a parent or guardian should read them. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't install or play it.

1. Your licence to play

The game is licensed to you, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment, as long as you follow these terms.

1a. What you may not do

Unless the law of your country clearly allows it, you may not, and may not help anyone else to:

• copy, sell, rent, lend, share or redistribute the game, or upload it to any app store, website or file-sharing service;
• decompile, disassemble, unpack, reverse engineer or try to extract the game's code, art, music, sounds or other content;
• modify the game, make a "reskin", clone or derivative version of it, or repackage it under another name or developer account;
• remove or change any copyright notice, the Dusk Moon Studio name, or any technical protection in the game;
• use the game to cheat, mislead or harm other people.

2. Ads

The game is free to download and shows ads from Google AdMob, as described in the privacy policy. Watching the optional "keep flying" ad gives one extra chance in that flight; it has no cash value. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to, but we only use child-safe ad settings, and you can report a bad ad to us.

3. Remove ads purchase

You can buy "Remove ads" once through Google Play. It turns off banner and full-screen ads and makes Keep flying free, on every device signed in to the same Google account (use Restore purchase in Settings). Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Children should ask a parent or guardian before buying.

4. Ownership

Felt Flight, its name, icon, artwork, music, sounds and code belong to Dusk Moon Studio and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms don't give you any ownership of them. Fonts are used under their open-source licences (SIL Open Font License).

If you see a copy of Felt Flight published by anyone else, please tell us at the address below.

4a. Google Play

These terms are between you and Dusk Moon Studio, not Google. Google is not responsible for the game or its content. Your use of Google Play, and any purchase you make there, also follows Google Play's own terms of service.

5. Your scores

Scores and progress are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the game or clear its storage, they are deleted and we cannot restore them.

6. No warranty

We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or work on every device. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dusk Moon Studio is not liable for any indirect or unexpected loss arising from using the game. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game or the Remove ads purchase.

8. Changes and updates

We may update the game or these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and the date above. We may stop offering the game at any time.

8a. Ending the licence

Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms, for example by copying, unpacking or redistributing the game. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the game. When it ends you must stop using the game and delete any copies. We may also take action, including legal action and takedown requests to app stores and websites, against unauthorised copies. Sections 1a, 4, 6, 7 and 9 continue to apply after the licence ends.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in another country, you also keep the protections of its consumer laws, and you may bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow.
