Moonrope: Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Dusk Moon Studio (Arun, Kerala, India) for the Moonrope game. By installing or playing Moonrope you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Moonrope on your own devices, for non-commercial use only.

What you may not do: copy or redistribute the game, reverse engineer or modify it, cheat by tampering with the game, its scores or its purchases, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Ads

Moonrope is free to play and shows ads from Google AdMob. You may be offered an optional ad, for example to continue after a fall, and short full-screen ads can appear at natural breaks between runs. Watching an optional ad is always your choice.

3. Moonrope+ purchase

Moonrope+ is an optional one-time purchase through Google Play. It removes ads and adds extras described in the game and on the Moonrope page. Payments are handled by Google Play, and we never see your payment details. A purchase can be restored on devices signed in to the same Google account. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

4. Ownership

Dusk Moon Studio owns Moonrope, including its artwork, music, code and the character Lumi. These terms don't give you any ownership of them. You may share score cards the game creates for you.

Google Play: these terms are between you and Dusk Moon Studio only, not Google. Google has no duty to support the game.

5. Your scores and progress

Your scores, checkpoints, settings and Moonrope+ status are stored on your device. If you uninstall the game or clear its storage, local progress is lost.

6. Age

Moonrope is not directed at children under 13. If you are young, please ask a parent or guardian before you play or buy anything. See the privacy policy for how data is handled.

7. No warranty

Moonrope is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always work, be error-free or suit your device.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Dusk Moon Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Moonrope or Moonrope+. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes and updates

We may update the game and these terms from time to time. The latest terms are always on this page with the date above. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

10. Ending the licence

Your licence ends automatically if you break these terms or when you uninstall the game.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Where you live, local consumer protections that cannot be waived still apply to you.
